The life and work of John West-Burnham touched and deepened the lives of so many colleagues, as evidenced by the outpouring on social media at news of his death.
Following a special symposium in his memory in November 2023, a small group of friends, colleagues and family came together to look at how to build on the legacy of his thinking and ideas. The first out come of their work was an Inaugural Memorial Lecture in November 2024 at the University of Bedfordshire and given by Baroness Estelle Morris - Rediscovering Childhood and Community.
